Thanks, Cat Connection!

This week a Cat Play Gym by Cat Connection was delivered to my doorstep. I could see the cats eagerly looking out the window ready to play. Now, I run a rescue and when I say cats, I mean 35 of all ages and sizes.

We normally have a cat condo and it lasts for one week. But we were ready to try this new sturdy looking gym and give it our all. And to really make it a challenge I was prepared to place it in the center of the room with no walls to lean against. Not once have I had a condo NOT tip over when that was done.

As I pulled the condo into the house our resident pole vaulters made for the top before I could even set it into place. Into the middle of the room it went and the cats proceeded to jump on and off and to my surprise there was not even a wiggle. The base of this condo is extreme in sturdiness.

In fact, when my kitties get the crazies and race around the house launching themselves at ever surface, this cat gym did not move an inch. As any cat owner knows, if a surface is bobbling the cats will not likely want to be on it. This condo is hands down the sturdiest I have ever seen.

Functionality is important, but so is décor. I have many people to my house and everyone mentions how much they love the color, shape and size of this condo. So as far as how it looks in my home…gets an A+ here.

The condo itself has many places for the cats to perch and climb. It is very comfortable even for the smallest kitten because it has ramps that help them gain their coordination.

If I had one complaint it is that my version had only one post with sisal on it. But, really, once I investigated more I was told that they could put as much sisal as I wanted on it!

So that would bring me to the last point: customer service. The owner, Robert, really means it when he says the customer is always right. He will bend over backwards to fix any mistakes or to make you happy with any of his products. In this economy we all have to be smart with how we spend our money. Cat Connection’s integrity makes one feel as though this should be the only place to get a cat condo!
